Returns

If when you receive the order you change your mind and do not want it or any of the products was not what you expected, you can return it within a period of 14 business days from when you receive it and taking charge of the shipping costs that this return entails.

If you want to make a return for this reason, you will have to send us an email to info@thepuzzlestyle.com to indicate the product or products you want to return and we will indicate the steps to follow.

The product you return must be in the same state in which you received it and unused. If when we receive the product we verify that any of these requirements is not met, we can make a depreciation in its amount and not return the full amount.

The refund of the amount will be made by the same method that was used to make the payment of the order and we can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive the package with the return to make the refund of the amount.

Here You can see the withdrawal form that you must attach in the box along with the product or products that you are going to return. Make sure they are well protected because if they arrive in poor condition we cannot take responsibility for any damage they suffer during shipping.

We do not make changes to products, so if you return a product we will refund the amount and you can buy the product you want by placing another order.

We are also not responsible for the return shipping costs.
